Dit jaar organiseert het Nederlandse venture team wederom een nieuw season kickoff weekend (de derde editie). Het idee van het weekend is veel sessies ergens in Nederland en dan specifiek de nieuwste scenarios die het nieuwe seizoen inluiden! Goed nieuws dus. Ik (Simon) ben het aanspreekpunt voor het kickoff weekend, dus als je vragen hebt kom op. 🙂

We gaan op 7, 8 en 9 oktober 2016 organiseren. We wilden niet te dicht op de special en Ducosim gaan zitten. Dit jaar hebben we Maite en Martijn (M&M) zover gekregen om het weekend te hosten. Bedankt Maite en Martijn! Dit betekent dat het in Apeldoorn is.

We gaan proberen om op vrijdag avond, zaterdag overdag, zaterdag avond en zondag overdag slots te hebben. Elk slot zal uiteen vallen in 4 tafels. Elke tafel wordt in een andere kamer van M&Ms gespeeld. Zo min mogelijk geluidsoverlast van de andere tafels dus. 4 slots met 4 tafels elk komt uit op 16 slots totaal, wat een mooi getal is.

Natuurlijk is het zo dat Apeldoorn voor velen zo ver weg is dat er overnacht moet worden. Bij M&M zijn straks een aantal plekken te verkrijgen en het zou ook zeer fijn zijn als spelers/GMs die in de buurt wonen wellicht ook mensen op kunnen vangen. Mocht je mensen kunnen huisvesten, reageer even dan maken we daarna een compleet lijstje.

M&M hebben 3 tafels met elk 7 zitplekken (6 spelers + 1 gm), dus we zoeken nog naar een 4de tafel en 7 zitplekken. Als iemand die kan regelen/meenemen, reageer even.

De scenarios! Dit jaar wordt het jaar van The Stolen Storm. Na de multi-tafel special in september gaan we de eerste paar scenarios draaien. Welke dat precies worden post ik zo snel mogelijk. We bieden in ieder geval aan: #8-01: Portent's Peril (1-5), #8-02: Ward Asunder (3-7) en #8-03: Captives Toil (5-9) en ook #8-04 and #8-05. We kunnen eventueel ook nog wat limited play scenarios overwegen zoals een bonekeep, als men interesse heeft. Verzoeken en suggesties zijn verder meer dan welkom zolang nog niet vast staat wat we precies gaan spelen.

Meer informatie volgt zodra we meer te melden hebben over de details. Je kunt je inschrijven op Warhorn. Reageer vooral als je wilt komen spelen. Als je zin hebt om 1 (of meer) slots te GMen, graag, reageer dan ook. 🙂

Pathfinder Society gaat op de Spellen spektakel 2014 zijn op 8 en 9 november 2014 te Eindhoven! Daar zullen wij de Silverhex Chronicles gaan draaien, pathfinder quests die minder lang duren dan een normaal scenario. Denk aan een dik uurtje per quest. Als je toch al van plan bent om te gaan, kom langs! Als je nog niet van plan bent om te gaan, maak dan maar plannen. Pathfinder Society will be at Spellen Spektakel 2014 on 8 and 9 November 2014 in Eindhoven! Wees er ook bij door je meteen op warhorn in te schrijven. Het is dit keer weer in Gouda in de prachtige Concordia zaal. Meer informatie volgt nog.

The Society must mount an epic offense to explore the immense subterranean city while simultaneously driving off the squatters within. If they succeed, the Pathfinders may discover that the greatest prize is not the mountain fortress itself but the treasure that lies at its heart.

Kwinten Koëter heeft voor ons een mooi verhaal geschreven over de Year of the Shadowlodge special. Deze is te vinden in de nieuwe sectie voor 'impressies' of door simpelweg deze link te volgen. Er zullen spoedig ook enkele fotos van diverse sessies verschijnen.

Deze maand zijn er weer genoeg sessies. Er zijn beginners sessies bij de Subcultures in Utrecht en Tabletop Kingdom in Den Haag. Daarnaast is de Ducosim weer, zie voor de sessies daar ook Warhorn. Datzelfde weekend is de Goudse spellendag, waar PFSNL ook aanwezig zal zijn.

Het seizoen 6 kick-off weekend was erg geslaagd. Het is voor herhaling vatbaar, met wellicht meer dan twee tafels.

Als laatste stuk nieuws: The Emerald Spire is nu volledig sanctioned voor Pathfinder Society, dus bereid je voor op een enorme dungeoncrawl!

Aan het eind van de maand organiseren we een kick-off weekend voor seizoen 6. Er zijn drie scenarios uit tegen die tijd.

Op vrijdag avond, zaterdag overdag, zaterdag avond en zondag overdag worden er één of meer tafels gedraaid in Apeldoorn. Schrijf je nu snel in. Overnachten is een mogelijkheid.

Daarnaast is er in september ook weer de Ducosim! PFSNL gaat er met twee (of meer) tafels aanwezig zijn. Je kunt je hier inschrijven.

Het volgende jaar van Pathfinder Society is aangekondigd. Het wordt het Year of the Sky Key.

When the artifact is stolen during the party, it's up to you and the other bands of Pathfinders present at the celebration to get it back before it can be used to destroy the Grand Lodge—or worse.

Aankomende zaterdag 17 mei is er in Amersfoort weer de Ducosim. Pathfinder Society zal aanwezig zijn en (minstens) 2 tafels hebben voor scenarios. Er zullen ook demo's zijn voor de Pathfinder Adventure Cardgame.

Voor algemene informatie over de Ducosim, check hun site! Als je wilt inschrijven voor de Society sessies, check dan Warhorn. Als de sessies al vol zitten, wees niet bang en schrijf je als nog in. Dan komt er gewoon een extra tafel bij.
